THE WORKING WORLD
In this Unit we are going to work on the 'working world'. Thus, we will be learning about things related to CVs, cover letters, job advertisements, interviews and even formal emails applying for jobs.
In terms of our final task, it will be the creation of a video in which you become a JOB COACH. Here you will provide other people with tips to land their dream job.
As you will have to create a video, all the explanations for the final task are presented to you in video. Details are provided under each of them.
DAY 1
Groups:
Group 1: High School Teacher
Group 2: Engineer
Group 3: Photographer
Group 4: CEO
Group 5: Chef
DAY 2
TIPS:
1. You must use a camera/ smartphone/ tablet to film the video.
2. You can include subtitles, pictures other catchy elements.
3. You might use video editors.
4. You have to look at the camera.
5. You mustn't read from the script.
6. You shouldn't learn your words off by heart.
7. You need to look kind.
